Change is not just an inward process. It also projects outward, influencing everything that stands on its way. I can make people change. I can make things change.
However, before doing those heroic-slash-spiritual acts, I also have to take a pause and think of myself. Am I good enough? Do I have the guts in me? Do I have the necessary characteristics, the “changing” traits in order to “heal” the people around me? Am I influencing enough?
Okay, I cannot start anything if I’ll fill my life with so many questions. I have to move. I have to act. I have to start within me.
I believe that I am not perfect. I am just a typical girl who commits mistakes, has flaws, and regrets things afterwards. I am also a typical girl who can lessen those mistakes, hide my flaws, and take extra-careful decisions so that I have nothing to regret in the end. I am aware of my potentials. I am aware that I can enhance these potentials to develop a better identity.

Change for the better or change for the worse? I’d go for the first one, definitely.

Ilocos Sur is one of the provinces the Philippines is proud of because of its life-inspiring past and unique traditions. It is full of various people breathing in different cultures and drinking several ways of living. These are some of the reasons why the Kannawidan Festival was established.

This year’s Kannawidan Ylocos Festival was attended by several teachers and some students from different corners ofIlocos Sur. The Opening Ceremony was held at the Quirino Stadium. It’s the 8th year of the said celebration and everybody are very much excited to participate. See link below for the schedule:

Kannawidan is a good way to celebrate the province's culture as it continuously relives the bygone history.

Equal Rights, Equal Opportunity

Not because we’re living in a democratic country, we just let individual enjoy the delectable liberty.  We have to think that theres this grace of equality in every move we make. We need to think about the people who always taste the bitter taste of flow. If we have even responsibilities, then we don’t need to regenerate the fact that we are stepping on people.

Every individual is unique.  Equality has always been a dream to the human race. A impossible dream that can never be attain since everyone has it's own differences but that doesn't stop there. It is just right to treat people equally to avoid envy or jealousy. Being equal lessesn the hatred omitted. It's a simple act that can change the world so BE EQUAL. BE FAIR to everyone.

Sometimes, it’s a mere fact that we can’t let ourselves to be away from temptations and acumens. That’s the play of life. We need to put in minds that there’s an equal rights and equal opportunity of humanity.

English for All and For Everyone

Writing and reading in English is very hard for some Filipinos. While some are very good in it. Some re good in writing and some are also good in speaking. Though their precious talents are hiding within their shadows.
English language is globally spoken and is one of the easiest semantics that can communicate from people to other people locally and internationally. It is an influential language in which, of course, many people are trying to understand the real quintessence. It is somewhat the hardest thing to learn because some people can’t totally speak English fluently.
All things must be learned by us. We maybe odd enough to sharpen our guts but our neck can just easily break. We need to embrace English language. All in all, it starts in our hearts and minds. They speak intensively for us to feel and think the future. To let us know that we are already stepping the fine line between learning and reaching.

Climate Change

We are people who can witness what the world is doing obviously. We can see and even feel that there’s a change in every move. There’s a hard pound that sets as the main cause why the climate is changing. But there’s that growing awareness that it’s our hands who did all those things.

What is Climate Change anyway? Well, based in researches, it i a change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onward and attributed largely to the increase levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.

Climate change is usually linked to global warming, which is the abnormal rise of temperature in the earth’s surface.  There are times when we’re experiencing extremely hot weather and drought. This greatly affects our biosphere, making the soil unhealthy for plants and causing several illnesses to both humans and animals. In the contrast, we are suddenly hit by strong typhoons, tornadoes, tsunamis, and other dreadful calamities that leave us in great misery.

SAVE MOTHER EARTH, now!

Christmas Time, All the Time

Feeling cold? Too lazy to wake up every morning? Do you feel like chilling every time you wear your too comfy-shorts and t-shirt? Of course you do. It’s Christmas season.
Christmas trees were showcased with grandiose lights, lanterns that are hanging with brilliance.
December, probably, must be the busiest month, as ever. People were visiting malls and stores to buy some gifts, buying groceries for the big day, and travelling home to meet their love ones.
Nothing’s more important to them than being together and staying strong. Citizens from all over the globe have been pouring donations, blessings plus prayers for the victims. This must be one of the greatest Christmas gifts they’d received besides surviving the dreadful calamity.

Giving and sharing. It’s not something you merely need to do because it was some sort of requirement. It’s something that needs to be done with the willingness of the heart and soul. When you give or share something, you must commit yourself to it. You must take a part of yourself, a part of your heart and soul with you and share them to anyone who needs it.

New Year, New Me

Another year has passed. Let us thanks God that He gave us another year to live. Another year to make happy memories with the people who are always beside you, in good times or in bad times. Another year for us to gain good things, and to make new friends. Another year to do good things to everybody. Another year to live our life to the fullest and to enjoy it with our loved ones.
